What ingredients are in Hamel's dog treats?
We believe in keeping things simple and natural. Our treats are made with only one ingredient: 100% premium Alberta beef liver, heart, or kidney. That means no artificial additives, preservatives, or fillers – just pure, healthy goodness your dog will love.
Where do you source your beef?
We’re proud to source our beef from local Alberta farms that uphold the highest standards of ethical and sustainable practices. This ensures that our treats are not only delicious but also made with the utmost care for animal welfare and environmental responsibility.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once you place your order, please allow 5-10 business days for your treats to arrive within Canada. We use Canada Post for reliable shipping and do our best to process orders quickly. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
What is your return policy?
We want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your Hamel’s purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your treats and we will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
